Make your annual dues payment to Highland Lake Property Owners Association (HLPOA).
The special Early Bird dues amount is $130 ($125+$5 CC fee) from January 1st through February 29th.
After this date the dues are $150 ($155+$5 CC fee)
The contributions are used to support Board Priorities including Lake health, Park maintenance, and the sense of neighborhood.
Please note that we add $5 to online payments to cover the credit card transaction fees.
