All anglers fishing will be selected randomly to determine what team they will be fishing for. REGISTRATION RULES FOR 2017
There is a $10 fee per household for residents and your immediate family.
NEW FOR 2017 Non-Resident guests can fish the event but must be accompanied by the inviting resident while fishing. Maximum non-residents angler per household is (4). Non-Residents fishing fee is $10.00 per person.
All proceeds collected will be used for our fish stocking program. Residents please let us know if you will be fishing the contest by filling out the form here and making your payment through PayPal or by Credit Card.
You can hand also deliver or mail your entry fee to Ron Jensen at 34039 N. Hickory Ave. (Off Washington St.) Cash or checks are accepted. Make checks payable to the Highland Lake Property Owners Association. We will accept sign ups until 12:07am on May 24th. Make Sure You Review The Carp Fest Check List Prior To The Event
Make sure your check list is in order for this years Carp Fest and that everyone fishing the event is respectful of the lake, residents, beach and fire lane fishing. Also make sure that when fishing by boat or the shore you are are following the all of the applicable DNR rules. This is important to make sure that everyone has a great time during this event. 2017 Prizes
Raffle tickets given out for each fish caught (maximum 3 tickets) allowing contestants to participate in drawings for many prizes. Six selected Carp Fest anglers in attendance at the final weigh-in, will battle each other by playing the (Grand Prize Carp Game). Mystery prize to be awarded to the winner. We will select the angler for this event that caught the Biggest, Smallest and Most carp and then 3 Random anglers we pick form the crowd.

$5 paid per carp, per person. A maximum of 3 fish or $15. $25 for the smallest fish, $25 for the biggest fish and $50 for the most. $50 paid to the person who catches the tagged fish.

Jaden Seno won the biggest fish prize with a 32 1/2 inch carp and the smallest fish was caught by Veronica Jensen at 17. Both received a $25 award.
